Event Description

As part of ADR Radio, the Chanakya Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CCADR), CNLU, hosted an expert session on “Construction Arbitration” on 4 and 5 October 2025.

The session focused on the legal and practical aspects of construction arbitration, providing participants with an opportunity to understand the complexities of resolving disputes arising from construction contracts and projects. Drawing upon professional and industry experience, the session offered practical insights into the role of arbitration in addressing construction-related disputes.

The programme provided students with an opportunity to engage with an experienced arbitration practitioner and develop a deeper understanding of construction dispute resolution, arbitration practice, and the evolving role of ADR in the construction sector.
