ADR Radio, an initiative of the Chanakya Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CCADR), hosted a guest lecture on “Construction Arbitration & FIDIC Contracts” on 2 December 2025.
The session examined the legal and practical dimensions of construction arbitration in India, with particular focus on FIDIC contracts and their role in construction dispute resolution. The discussion provided participants with insights into the application of arbitration law to construction disputes, contractual issues arising under FIDIC frameworks, and practical considerations relevant to arbitration practice.
The session also featured an interactive Q&A and “Life After Law School” segment, providing students an opportunity to engage with the speaker on professional pathways, internships, specialisation, and careers in arbitration and dispute resolution.
