Pursuant to the launch of ADR O’Clock, this Mock Mediation session was conducted specifically for participants of the upcoming ADR Intra Competition (scheduled for 26th July 2026), with a view to providing valuable prior exposure ahead of the competition.

Session Objectives

• The modalities and responsibilities of each agent involved in the mediation process
• The format and procedural nuances of the competition
• Effective formulation of opening and closing speeches
• Strategic negotiation techniques with opposing parties
• Key evaluative criteria considered by judges, enabling participants to strengthen their positioning

This session offered practical, hands-on insight ahead of external and intra competitions and significantly aided comprehensive preparation.
