We are very proud to present, after resounding success of our 1st and 2nd editions of the CNLU-CCADR National Mediation Competition (NMC), we are organising the 3rd edition of the event in the month of January/February 2025.
CNLU National Mediation Competition, 2025, is being organized by the Chanakya Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution in association with Talwar Thakore and Associates and PSL Advocates and Solicitors. The Competition is scheduled to be held in a hybrid manner, with the Preliminary and the Quarterfinal Rounds to be held in a virtual mode on 24th-25th January 2025 and the Semi-Final and the Final Round to be held physically at the Chanakya National Law University Campus on 16th February 2025.
The competition aligns with the goal of Chanakya National Law University to foster an environment for academic research and the development of ADR culture among the students. CNLU has previously been the proud host of the D.H. Law Associates National Moot Court Competition in 2012, CLEA Mooting Competition in 2014, CNLU PA Inamdar International Moot Court Competition in 2016, CNLU National Moot Court Competition on Cyber Law in 2019, and the CNLU-CCI National Moot Court Competition in association with Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan. CNLU has so far also organized 15 editions of the CNLU National Parliamentary Debate Competition.
This year, on behalf of CCADR, we take great pride in organising the Third Edition of our National Mediation Competition, 2025!
